  • We strive to provide you with the same pooper scooper on each visit so they become familiar with your property and preferences. However, if your regular technician is unavailable, we may need to send an alternate to ensure timely service.

  • Protecting our clients and their dogs is our top priority. We thoroughly disinfect all equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade solution to prevent the spread of germs. After every cleaning, we snap a photo of your securely closed gate—ensuring your pet stays safely contained.

  • Yes, we love working with dogs! However, if your dog has shown signs of aggression, we kindly request that you keep them indoors during your scheduled cleaning. The safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog demonstrates aggressive behavior toward our staff, you may be asked to keep them inside or, if necessary, be removed from our service route.
